Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were modern and a little spacious, with nice tea and coffee facilities. However, the back side could be cleaner. The service was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to ensure our comfort, even providing nuts in the room. The location was excellent, near the park and shopping areas, offering a quiet retreat in the midst of the city buzz. The dining options were a bit repetitive, lacking variety, but there were plenty of nearby restaurants to explore. Overall, a great value for money.
The hotel is in a wonderful location near Oxford Street, making it easy to explore. The rooms, although cozy and well-decorated, can get a bit stuffy. The service was generally excellent, though there were a couple of off days. The dining experience was nice but could use some improvement. Overall, a good value for the price.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and there was a wide range to choose from which was great, but being near the lifts meant we could hear a lot of noise, making it feel small and claustrophobic. However, upgrading to the 'Wow' Suite was worth it.
The suite was a little worn in parts but overall comfortable, stylish, and romantic. The staff were outstanding in customer service, close to all the interesting places in London. The location is superb, in the heart of London, ideal for both leisure and business. The dining experience was tasty with a good selection, the omelet chef was a nice touch, and the homemade ice-cream was a delight. The facilities were top-notch, catering to every need.
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were fantastic with a four-poster bed and twinkle lights, two bathrooms, a lounge area, and excellent refreshments with turn-down service. The location was very central and convenient, just a short distance from Oxford Street and Selfridges. The service was top-notch, from the friendly staff at reception to the helpful room service and valet parking. The dining options were plentiful with a great breakfast selection. Overall, a luxurious stay with superb amenities and a great value for money.
After 48 hours of not sleeping, I found the rooms quite small, but they turned out to be spacious and very clean with top-class facilities, including minor details that showed the care they put into their hotel and guests. The staff was friendly and helpful, with one team member surprising me with complimentary features that added a special touch to my stay. The hotel's location was fab, just around the corner from the tube station, Hyde Park, and Oxford Street. The dining experience at The Crescent, Montcalm, offered a good variety and excellent standard of food. Overall, a great value for money hotel worth considering.
The hotel is in a fantastic location, just off Oxford Street and Marble Arch tube station. The rooms are spacious and very clean but below ground level. The service was outstanding, with a mix of warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism. The dining experience was exceptionally nice with a good selection. Great spotless facilities in a prime location to explore London.
The hotel's location is superb, just a short walk from Oxford Street, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms have a reserved yet luxurious style, but some face challenges with noise and lack of views. Service is top-notch with attentive and friendly staff. The dining experience may need improvement, but the attached restaurant offers delicious Indian cuisine. Overall, a great value for a central London stay.
